Kent Recognition Club
Units
We want you to take full control. Once you
have joined the club you decide exactly how you want to
benefit. Each year you will have five units you can use these
units how you wish to ensure that you benefit from the range
of support options that are available to you. Units typically
reflect the time your practitioner will spend with you or you
may enjoy added value on activities like the workshops or IIP
‘mock assessment visits’. It may be that you want to attend
some workshops and take comfort from having easy access to
your Investors in People practitioner at the end of the
phone. It may be that you want your practitioner to undertake
a pre assessment desk top review – to make sure that you are
going in the right direction – whatever you want we will
respond to meet your needs.
Buying Additional Units
If you want, you can buy as many more units
as you please. This will be particularly appropriate for
larger organisations and those that have recently experienced
problems or significant change etc. Or it might be that you
wish to introduce a new approach and need guidance and support
to achieve it. We are totally flexible and here to help –
just ask. Any additional time incurred will be recharged at
the rate of £101.35 per unit/hour or by agreement with your
practitioner.
If you want one to one personal support
each hour will count as one unit of consultation time.
You simply pick and mix
Your club membership lasts for one year and
you are issued with five units to use how you want (you can
buy more if you choose). You might have a desk top review and
attend two workshops or you might prefer to have a full ‘mock’
assessment visit – the choice is yours.
Annual membership fees
The annual membership fees are payable in
advance. You should complete
The Kent Recognition Club
Application Form and your organisation will be invoiced for
payment strictly within 30 days net. The annual discounted
fees are:
Prompt payment of Invoices
To keep your fees to a minimum we have
already discounted them on the basis of prompt payment.
Invoices must be paid promptly and statements will not be
issued. The annual discounted fees are based on the prompt
payment of your account. If your account is not settled
within 30 days a further 20% (representing your discount) will
be levied.
Telephone ‘hotline’ liaison with your practitioner
Up to your first ½ hour of telephone
responses are included in your membership. We want to support
you in the most effective way. It may be that you want to
contact your practitioner by phone as well as, or instead of a
personal visit. We are happy to meet your needs. |
